Guided Food and Wine Experience
Included in your experience is a private tour of the O’Connell Estate, a bucolic organic farm and vineyard, which is open to the public by invitation only. There you will enjoy the aromatics of the lavender field, visit the vineyard up close, pause at the Sunken Rose Garden and savor surprise treats along the way. After the farm, you will progress to the O’Connell Family Tasing room in downtown Napa where you will be treated to a culinary exporation, including highly allocated O’Connell Family Estate wines paired with bites that incorporate the estate’s olive oil, infused salts, herbs and honey.
 
Private On-Site Tasting with Drew Neiman of Neiman Cellars
Drew Neiman will come to you to guide you through a tasting of his coveted Napa Valley reds, meticulously paired with a selection of cheeses. As owner/winemaker at Neiman Cellars, Drew crafts just 600 cases of minimal intervention, hand-crafted, artisan small batch wine. Drew’s wines are highly allocated and available to mailing list members only. He has been mentioned in Food & Wine, Wine Spectator, InStyle and has poured his wine at the iconic James Beard House in New York City. Neiman Cellars is featured on the wine lists of exclusive restaurants including the French Laundry, Per Se, Gary Danko, and The Beverly Hills Hotel.
